NEW DESIGN: French Martingale Collar/Leash Sets

We love the streamlined design of our new leather martingale collar/leash sets. Many of our current collar designs can be converted into a martingale set, which incorporates an adjustable collar and 4' leash in one easy to use package. Keep in mind that these are meant to be worn while walking your dog and shouldn't be left on while at home or at the dog park.

We can also make a martingale with just the collar and adjustable leather loop portion for those of you who would like to use your own leash or want to incorporate one of the longer leashes we have here at the shop. This version is still designed for walking your dog only and is not meant to be worn while at home or at the dog park. The adjustable loop portion is several inches long and not designed to lay flat like a regular collar would, which could result in injury to an unattended dog. Keep in mind that martingale collars of any type should never be left on your dog while they're unattended, playing with other dogs, or at the dog park.

There is no charge to turn an existing design into just the collar portion with adjustable loop.

There is a $25 charge to make an existing collar design into a martingale set with 4' leash.

We'll be running some tests over the next few weeks to determine just how much pressure the leather adjustment loops on these collars can withstand. Until then, they are not recommended for very strong dogs that pull heavily on leash.
